When I first start talking about business awards people always hone in on the winning part when it's about so much more.
Business awards are so much more than holding up a trophy.
Of course we all want to win. We want to be standing up there celebrating holding that trophy we're the best at something.
They're so much more important than that one outcome because if you've ever taken part in business awards , you would know that you go on a journey of being able to share your story and you realise there is no perfect business.
