The 5 E’s of Facebook – what you should be posting

In this episode of Women with Spark I'm looking at content.

But more specifically what marketing, messaging and conversations you should be having - because to me that is a key part of your content you should be sharing on Facebook.

I created the 5 E's of Facebook to help business owners have a clear idea and understanding of what their posts should be focused on.

Entertain
Educate
Engage
Express
EARN

Entertain

We all want to be entertained.

It brings us joy, makes us feel something. Something which takes us away from our everyday lives.

So those cat videos you’ve been despising (or loving) have a purpose. They fulfill the simple task of making people happy. What can you do to entertain? Think about making something fun.

And if you’re struggling find other people’s stuff to share BUT explain why.

Educate

If done in the right way people love to learn something. Think about one thing you can teach and then break it down further.

Teach one simple idea -

  • How to do something easier
  • How to do something new
  • How to do something tricky
Make it fun and entertaining if you can. At the end give them a call to action. Put the skill into action.

Engage

This is where you get to share about you and the business and in turn about your people. What makes you you?

What do you believe?

What do you like to do when not working? They are getting to know you posts.

Express

Express is all about sharing your views or opinions.

You can do this by sharing a meme or saying. Maybe sharing your belief about why something is so important. Express how you are feeling that day.

Remember social media is meant to be SOCIAL!

EARN

Now it’s sales time and you can use one or two of the other E’s to make an impact but you want ONE clear call to action. Buy

Tapping Into The Spiritual World – Denise Litchfield

Denise Litchfield
Denise Litchfield

Denise Litchfield is an irreverent psychic who's allergic to new-age fluff and who has been seeing dead people since she can remember.

She’s more into purple hair than purple velvet and is old enough to decide that cake is an essential food group, thanks very much. Which is lucky, as she can’t cook rice.

She didn’t start out planning to teach others how to be psychic, but when she discovered the mountain of misinformation out there, and how it kept people small and fearful, she just had to open her big mouth.

A sassy straight-shooter, Denise couldn’t give a faff about being like all the other psychics and loves making videos to tell it like it is.

"I do believe we have these experiences where the spirit world does come and make themsevles known to us as a sort of a bit of a carrot. As a teaser to say come on we’re here - let’s talk.

It’s not that they haven’t been trying beforehand because if you look back. You know it’s wonderful with 20 - 20 hindsight. Because I look back and I think yes I was scared of the dark and yes I was a very imaginative sensitive child. I never had an imaginary friend but  I had lots of imaginative games.

I didn’t join all those dots till much much later.

Why Spark Is Important To Your Business

In this episode of Women with Spark I'm solo because I think it's time to start sharing some of my marketing knowledge with you one to one.

You may have noticed already - spark is my favourite word.

It explains so much, it means so many different things. But most of all it's the thing which drives me and hopefully you to do that special thing you're meant to be doing in this world.

This week I want to look at why spark is so important for our business.

Spark is the thing which sets us apart - it's more than your branding or products - it's about us and why we've created or bought a business. It's why we are the people/business our customers/clients buy from.

Sharing your spark is so important for your business.

If you've been listening to some of the Women with Spark episodes so far and our guests , they're all kind of blowing my mind actually. This is because each one of them has this different interpretation of what spark is or they have , you know , admitted that they're not quite sure what their spark is.

You as a business person or someone working in a busienss could be anywhere on this journey. You could be thinking oh my goodness what is my spark? Or you could know what lights you up. Or maybe  you think I'm nearly there. The point is , is that we're on the journey to find our spark . And and that's one thing that spark can be associated with and that is our journey. Because we normally have to take a bit of a journey to get there .

Enjoy and then feel free to visit our Facebook home - the Women with Spark FB group can be found here https://www.facebook.com/groups/womenwithspark/

Living without spark is painful – Lauren White

Lauren White
Lauren White

In this episode of Women with Spark we meet Lauren White.

When I first thought of the Women with Spark podcast - there were so many conversations I knew women could or should be having or hearing at least.

But it's some of the conversations I didn't even know were going to occur where some of the biggest sparks have come from and that includes my guest in today's episode - Lauren White.

Lauren is a qualified sexologist, permission granter and libido liberator who assists her many satisfied clients to drop the anxiety and reinvigorate their sexual power in their intimate lives. Through her one-on-one process, writing and online classes, she helps women to release their physical and psychological blocks so that they can liberate their libidos for sex and life.

Igniting body, mind and soul – Katie O’Malley

In this episode of Women with Spark we meet Katie O'Malley.

Katie O’Malley is a holistic therapist who wants to help you create passion in your life.

For the past twenty years she has been creating beautiful spaces for people to submerse in, to connect deeply to their own body,  mind & spirit. She helps you to transition in your life using embodiment, psychology, healing, physiology, shamanism, breath work and mindfulness.

She brings her unique energy, knowledge and passion together to inspire you to change the way you live and embrace the power and life force of your own energy.

Our chat covers Katie's journey but also how anxiety is affecting us in the modern world and what we need to do ignite our body, mind and soul.

Katie says "For anyone experiencing a lot of anxiety - my feeling in working with thousands of people now is that anxiety quite often is a messenger.

And it's letting us know things are not in right relationship with us and maybe that at times if we come back to more self love and looking after ourselves and getting our hormones in balance....to support ourselves and lift us out of anxiety or depression and come back into feeling good again. And that's what we all want"

"I feel there is two elements - so the first thing is the world is becoming a lot more fast paced and we live in a culture in Australia and you can't really know this unless you live outside of it - that is very success driven and it causes a lot of pressure on both men and women to have more, to do more and be more.

And then when we bring this technology piece in, its taking us away from nature and harmony it creates a lot more anxiety in the body. "
